Car Wash Loyalty Program

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The loyalty card is available to all customers who avail paid car wash services.
  • Only one loyalty card is issued per customer and is non-transferable.

2. Earning Stamps

  • Customers receive one stamp per paid car wash service.
  • Stamps are awarded only for full-price services. Discounted or promotional services may not qualify unless stated otherwise.

3. Redemption Benefits

  • On the 5th stamp, customers are eligible for a 50% discount on that service.
  • On the 10th stamp, customers are eligible for a free car wash service.

4. Card Usage

  • The loyalty card must be presented at the time of service to receive a stamp or redeem a reward.
  • Lost or damaged cards will not be replaced, and stamps cannot be transferred to a new card.

5. Validity

  • The loyalty card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Unused stamps or rewards will expire after the validity period.

6. General Conditions

  • This program cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.
  • The car wash service provider reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
  • Fraudulent use of the card may result in cancellation of benefits and exclusion from the program.
